Hot Apple Cider Spice Mix in a Mason Jar

Looking for the perfect DIY holiday gift that can be made with just a few ingredients? It can be mixed with apple juice or red wine for a holiday wine. It's so delicious and anyone is happy to receive it.

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 TBSP ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 TBSP ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 TBSP ground cloves
  • 1/4 TSP ginger (optional)
  • 3 cups sugar

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into a large bowl.
  2. Mix by hand well or with a hand mixer.
  3. Use a funnel to pour the mixture into half-pint Mason jars.
  4. Add a reCAP lid and gift tag.
