Refund policy
Effective date: July 23, 2026
1. Our promise
We want you to be happy with your reCAP products. If something is not right, we are glad to help within the terms below.
2. Return window and condition
You may return new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Items must be returned in their original product packaging and in resalable condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility except where the return is due to our error or a defective product.
3. How to return an item
Ship your return to: Mason Jars Company, c/o Keystone Research, 3823 W 12th St, Erie, PA 16505. You do not need to contact us first, but you must include the following inside the box: your name, shipping address, order number, and any special notes. Returns must meet the conditions in Section 2.
4. Non-returnable items
Digital products, including eBooks, are non-refundable once purchased. Items that have been used, washed, or removed from their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund except in the case of a proven defect.
5. Defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives defective or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days at info@recapmasonjars.com and include your order number and a photo showing the issue. Once we confirm the defect or error, we will replace the item or issue a full refund, including any return shipping cost, at no charge to you. Claims of defect made after 30 days will be reviewed case by case.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear after we receive the item, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
7. Changes
We may update this Refund and Return Policy at any time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your purchase applies to that order. Questions can be sent to info@recapmasonjars.com.
