reCAP Mason Jars Warranty
Built to last, backed for life
Every reCAP cap is guaranteed for as long as you own it. If your cap ever fails because of a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use, we will replace it. This is a limited lifetime warranty, and it applies to all caps purchased on or after August 1, 2019.
We make our caps in the USA, and we stand behind every one of them.
What's covered
The reCAP cap itself, for defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use storing nontoxic ingredients.
What's not covered
Gaskets, accessories such as the pump, sprayer, and oil tap, and jars. The warranty also does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage from misuse or accident.
How to request a replacement
Email us at warranty@recapmasonjars.com and include:
- Your name
- Date of purchase
- Receipt or order information, if you have it
- A photo and short description of the defect
You do not need to mail the old cap back to us. Once your claim is approved, your replacement cap ships within 5 business days. Shipping on the replacement is paid by the customer.
