Ingredients:

  • 10 to 12 Radishes, halved
  • 1/4 Cauliflower, cut
  • 1 inch Ginger, peeled, chopped
  • 1 Jalapeno, halved
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 1 quart(s) Water

How to make it:

  1. Wash and halve the radishes. Wash and cut the cauliflower. Peel and chop the ginger. Halve the jalapeño, removing seeds if you want less heat.
  2. Dissolve the salt into the quart of water to make your brine.
  3. Pack the vegetables tightly into a Mason jar and submerge them fully in the brine.
  4. Weigh everything down to keep it submerged, seal with your reCAP lid and fermenter, and let it ferment 1 to 3 weeks.
