Ingredients:
- 1 TBSP Kefir Grains
- 3/4 Cup Organic Whole Milk (not ultra pasteurized)

How to make it:
- Add the kefir grains to a regular mouth Mason jar.
- Fill the rest of the jar with milk.
- Seal and let ferment 12 to 24 hours at room temperature, away from light.
- Strain out the grains, then store both the grains and the finished kefir in the fridge.
