What You’ll Need
-1 cup olive oil
-½ cup coconut oil
-¼ tsp (about 25 drops) Bergamot essential oil
-½ tsp (about 50 drops) Lavender essential oil
-½ tsp (about 50 drops) Sandalwood essential oil (or Cedarwood)
-1 pint Mason jar with a reCAP PUMP

How to Make Your Natural Sleep Oil
1. Add the olive oil and coconut oil to a blender and blend on high until fully combined.
2. Reduce the blender speed to low and slowly add the essential oils.
3. Pour the mixture into a Mason jar and secure with a reCAP Pump.
That’s it—your sleep oil is ready to use.
How to Use
Keep the jar near your bed for easy nighttime use. Before sleep:
-Massage a small amount of oil into your feet
-Cover with socks

2. Add ½ cup Epsom salts.
