Healthy Fruit & Yogurt Parfait

Healthy Fruit & Yogurt Parfait

Prep Time: 10 minutes; Serves: 1

Some mornings call for something simple.

Not complicated.
Not processed.
Not eaten in the car straight from a wrapper.

Just real ingredients layered into a Mason jar — ready when you are.

This Healthy Fruit & Yogurt Parfait is quick to prep, naturally sweet, and easy to take on the go. And when paired with your reCAP® BNTO®, your granola stays crisp until the very last bite.

Why We Love This Recipe

-High-protein breakfast

-Naturally sweetened with honey

-Customizable with seasonal fruit

-Great for meal prep

-Perfect for busy mornings

It’s one of those recipes that feels small — but makes a big difference in how your day starts.

Healthy Fruit & Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients

-½–1 cup Greek yogurt

-A handful of strawberries

-A handful of blueberries

-1 tablespoon honey

-1 teaspoon chia or flax seeds

-½ cup granola

Instructions

1. Add yogurt and honey to your BNTO®.

2. Add granola to the bottom of your Mason jar.

3. Sprinkle chia or flax seeds into the jar.

4. Top with fresh fruit.

5. Secure your Mason jar lid and band with the BNTO® attached — and you’re ready to go.

That’s it. Ten minutes and done.

Why Use a BNTO®?

If you’ve ever packed a parfait, you know the struggle.

Granola gets soggy.
Fruit sinks.
Everything blends together before you’re ready.

The reCAP® BNTO® keeps toppings separate until you’re ready to enjoy them. Simply twist it onto your Mason jar lid and band, store yogurt below and granola above, and combine when you’re ready to eat.

Fresh layers. No waste. No extra containers.

Make It Your Own

This recipe is endlessly customizable:

-Swap berries for mango or peaches in summer

-Add almond butter for extra protein

-Use pumpkin seeds in place of chia

-Try cinnamon or vanilla for added warmth

Start with the base. Adjust to your season.

A Small Reset That Sticks

Wellness doesn’t require a complete overhaul.
Sometimes it’s just choosing a better breakfast.

Prep once.
Reuse your jar.
Repeat all week.

One Mason jar. Endless mornings.
