Ginger Strawberry Kombucha Smoothie 🍓✨

Packed with probiotics, fiber, and anti-inflammatory ingredients, this smoothie is a feel-good way to start your day—or hit reset anytime.

Ingredients

-1 cup kombucha (or other probiotic drink)

-1 tablespoon coconut oil

-¼ inch fresh ginger, peeled and minced
(or ½ tsp powdered ginger)

-Honey, maple syrup, or stevia to sweeten

-2 tablespoons chia seeds or chia gel (optional)

-1 banana (fresh or frozen)

-½ cup frozen blueberries

-1 cup frozen strawberries


Directions

1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend for 30–45 seconds until smooth.

2. Pour into your favorite Mason jar, add a reusable lid, and you’re set.

Tip: If your blender isn’t very powerful, blend everything except the coconut oil first. Drizzle it in at the end and blend for another 5–10 seconds to avoid clumping.
